Role Overview & Responsibilities

Primary Teachers lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Emerald247 supplies QTS primary teachers to primary schools, infant academies, and junior trusts across the UK for supply, long-term, and permanent posts.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across Literacy, Numeracy, Science, and Foundation subjects
• Target reading fluency, White Rose Maths, and SPAG national curriculum targets
• Manage positive classroom dynamics utilizing constructive behaviour strategies
• Assess pupil progress and prepare for parent consultation evenings
• Provide supportive scaffolding for EAL and SEN pupils within mainstream classes

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Daily rates from £140 to £220 per day (PAYE) matching main pay scale bands.
