Role Overview & Responsibilities

Early Years Practitioners guide sensory exploration and foundational learning during children's vital early years. Emerald247 supplies Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioners and EYTS teachers to nurseries and reception classes.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging EYFS curriculum learning through play, storytelling, and creative tasks
  • Assess early child development milestones and record learning journal achievements
  • Maintain inclusive, safe, and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments
  • Collaborate closely with parents, SENCO officers, and early years specialists
  • Implement safeguarding, hygiene, and pupil welfare standards at all times

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £11.80 to £16.50 per hour (PAYE) or daily scale equivalent.
