Role Overview & Responsibilities

Executing large-scale banquets requires disciplined table service and synchronized timing. Emerald247 supplies banqueting teams capable of serving 100 to 1,000+ guest functions smoothly.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet tables, linens, glassware, and cutlery to exact floor plans
• Execute synchronized plated meal service for large banquet guest tables
• Serve wines, water, and hot beverages during multi-course function meals
• Clear course plates efficiently between speeches and presentations
• Assist contract catering teams with corporate lunch setups

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £11.80 to £16 per hour (PAYE).

High Volume Event Experience

Work major banquet functions and sporting venue galas.

Flexible Function Schedules

Pick up afternoon corporate shifts or evening banquets.

Weekly PAYE Direct Deposit

Prompt weekly pay with holiday accrual.
