Role Overview & Responsibilities

Production Line Supervisors drive daily output targets while maintaining strict quality and health & safety standards. Emerald247 provides leadership staff capable of managing teams of 10 to 50+ operatives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shift operations, team briefings, and line allocation
• Monitor hourly production targets (OEE), line speed, and scrap rates
• Enforce health & safety, hygiene, and PPE compliance on the shop floor
• Conduct return-to-work interviews and manage team attendance records
• Troubleshoot bottleneck issues and liaise with plant managers

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £15 to £22 per hour (PAYE) or annual salary equivalent.

Lead shift teams across major FMCG and manufacturing brands.
