Role Overview & Responsibilities

General Labourers provide crucial physical support on manufacturing floors and production lines. From component assembly to loading heavy materials, our labourers ensure production targets are met.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Feed raw materials into manufacturing machinery and assembly lines
• Assemble product sub-components using hand tools and pneumatic fasteners
• Move heavy materials, pallets, and stock across factory floors safely
• Maintain clean, hazard-free production work cells and gangways
• Assist machine operators with line clearances and batch changes

Pay & Rate Guidelines

Hourly rates from £11.44 to £14.50 per hour (PAYE).

Immediate Start Shift Work

Start working within 24 hours of onboarding completion.

Full Time & Overtime Hours

Regular 40+ hour work weeks with time-and-a-half overtime pay.

Physical & Active Work
